Jennifer Stumpf is a certified residential real estate appraiser in the state of Florida (license number RD3554) and has been in the appraisal business for more than ten years.  During her first few years in the appraisal business, Jennifer worked with a veteran appraiser located in the Fort Lauderdale area.  She then spent a few years working with a large appraisal firm located within the Miami area.  Over time, she developed her own client base and opened for business as Jennifer Stumpf, P.A. in January 2003.  She has completed thousands of appraisals all over Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami Dade counties.

Click on "Standard Queries", and then choose option 6 to look up "appraiser by name". Jennifer keeps well informed of her industry by completing mandatory continuing education courses every two years.  Additionally, she believes that ongoing education is a crucial part of keeping up with this ever changing industry.  Therefore she attends relevant seminars and training to supplement the required coursework throughout the year.

Her experience includes appraisals of single family homes, condominiums, and small income properties including duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes.  She also has experience with relocation, vacant land, and co-op appraisals, and has completed field and desk reviews.
